Team

Tami is a Licensed Social Worker with the State of Idaho and her passion is to help families live healthy lives. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Social Work and minored in Psychology which gives her an edge in understanding the human psyche. She is an experiential trainer, certified challenge course facilitator and marketing/public relations director. Tami helps families and assists youth in leadership development. Tami is involved in several committees including Boise Chamber of Commerce committees (Ambassadors and State & Federal) and youth programs (Teen Focus Camp and is a youth leader at her church). In addition to owning her own company, Tami is also an artist. Tami’s works are often exhibited at the Vine Arts Gallery. The combination of Tami’s unique passion and past business experience creates a synergistic addition to the team as a trainer to help people understand the value of the Family & Social Life Dimensions.

Trent's unique combination of credentials incorporates experiential learning, personal coaching, talent consulting, interactive training and challenge course facilitation. This brings a deeply impacting approach to the coaching and educational experience he offers. Trent focuses on training, coaching, speaking, and consulting in the area of business and personal effectiveness. Experiential and adventure-based training is a passion for Trent. Trent works with companies to develop a culture of positive synergy and long term success. He volunteers with the Boise Recue Mission, City Light Women's and Children Home, and Chrysalis Transitional Home offering services to assist individuals to help themselves. Trent is active with Toastmasters and has acheived Advanced Toastmaster Silver, was the committee chair of the 2005 District 15 semi-annual Conference and co-founded a Toastmasters Gavel Club. Trent completed the Dale Carnegie leadership development course with honors in Visionary Leadership and Human Relations. He is certified as an experiential trainer through Learning Unlimited and is a facilitator at both the Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) and YMCA Challenge Course. In addition he is certified through Target Training International (TTI) as a Talent Analyst and Consultant for the following assessment tools- TriMetrix, Behaviors, Motivators and Personal Talent & Skills Inventory.
